Vilnius-MRU held off Delikatesas to level things up at 2-2. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 38-21 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Forward Karolis Brusokas (200-91) fired a double-double by scoring 11 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Forward Tadas Padegimas (203-90) chipped in 15 points. Four Vilnius-MRU players scored in double figures. Vilnius-MRU's coach Mindaugas Sakalauskas used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Arunas Sajavicius (195-95) produced 8 points and 12 rebounds and swingman Zilvinas Petraitis (194-88) added 15 points respectively for lost side.
