Not a big story in a game when 9th ranked Sanda Basket (1-13) was outplayed on the road by fourth ranked Boras II (8-5) 92-37 on Saturday. The game without a history. Boras II led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Sanda Basket to just 4 points in second quarter. Boras II dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Sanda Basket's 22. Boras II forced 29 Sanda Basket turnovers and outrebounded them 42-28 including 16 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Sanda Basket's players. The best player for the winners was guard Simon Gunarsson (195-95) who scored 9 points and 11 rebounds. Forward Hajzer Ismaili (202-94) chipped in 13 points. point guard Jordan Peltier (188-95) produced 8 points and 7 rebounds and Mustafa Allotey added 5 points respectively for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Boras II have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Malbas. Sanda Basket lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with 13 games lost. Boras II will face Brahe Basket (#6) in Huskvarna in the next round.
