The biggest surprise of round 2 in TBL took place in Radom where host Rosa Radom (14-10) edged PGE Turow (18-6) 82-80 on Sunday evening. The hosts trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 18-15 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Rosa Radom forced 23 PGE Turow turnovers. The game was dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was point guard Korie Lucious (180-89, college: Iowa St.) who scored 19 points. Center Kirk Archibeque (205-84, college: Fort Lewis) chipped in 10 points and 9 rebounds. Five Rosa Radom players scored in double figures. Forward J.P. Prince (198-87, college: Tennessee) produced a double-double by scoring 21 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and guard Michael Taylor (186-86, college: Iowa St.) added 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. PGE Turow will play next round against strong Anwil trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Rosa Radom will try to continue on its current victory against Trefl Sopot on the road.
