Regular Season Round 27: TTU - TU/Rock 57-80

An interesting game for TU/Rock (27-2) which played road game in Tallinn against 4th placed TTU (16-15). Second ranked TU/Rock had an easy win 80-57. The game without a history. TU/Rock led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a good game for American point guard Vincent Simpson (185-88, college: Hampton, agency: R.H.Consultancy) who led his team to a victory with 23 points. Lithuanian guard Augustas Peciukevicius (192-91) contributed with 18 points and 5 assists for the winners. Kiur Akenparg (190-88) answered with 16 points and swingman Jaan Puidet (191-92) added 10 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for TTU. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. TU/Rock have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain second place with 27-2 record behind leader Kalev/Cramo. TTU at the other side keeps the fourth position with 15 games lost. TU/Rock are looking forward to face league's leader Kalev/Cramo in Tallinn in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. TTU will play on the road against BC Rakvere and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
