The best player for the winners was American-Honduran guard Christopher Flores (188-90, college: NJIT) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. Naturalized American forward Eric Vierneisel (201-85, college: California) chipped in 21 points and 6 rebounds. Vierneisel is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Center Christoph Roquette (203-82) produced 15 points and 7 rebounds and swingman Janis Stielow (193-95) added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. SC Rist Wedel's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
