Bottom-ranked Nice managed to get a fifth victory, breaking the series of three consecutive loses. This time newly promoted Nice edged thirteenth-ranked Arras 74-73. The hosts were ahead by 2 points but lost the second period ending it with a 1-point deficit before their 19-17 run, which allowed them to win the game. Nice forced 21 Arras turnovers. International point guard Kristen Sharp (175-81, college: Cincinnati) fired 18 points and 6 assists for the winners. Forward Margaux Galliou-Loko (183-93) chipped in 13 points and 9 rebounds. Nice's next round opponent will be higher ranked Villeneuve D'Ascq (#4) on the road and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
