Istanbul Universitesi fired past Botas on the road and forced the third game in the series. The game without a history. Istanbul Universitesi led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Botas' 30 and made 17-of-19 charity shots (89.5 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Botas 31-19 including 23 on the defensive glass. Istanbul Universitesi players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Naturalized American swingman Barbara Turner (183-84, college: Connecticut, agency: 1x1 Sports) replied with 18 points and 5 rebounds and American center Michelle Snow (196-80, college: Tennessee, agency: LBM Management) added 13 points and 5 assists in the effort for Botas. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
