The game in Rapla supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked Kalev/Cramo (29-3) played at the court of 7th ranked Rapla (10-22). Kalev/Cramo smashed Rapla 82-59 on Monday. The game without a history. Kalev/Cramo led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Rapla to just 6 points in third quarter. Kalev/Cramo dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Rapla's 28 and made 16-of-18 free shots (88.9 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Rapla 36-25 including 25 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of U.S. Virgin Islands center Frank Elegar (208-86, college: Drexel) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and Senegalese center Bamba Fall (217-86, college: SMU) who added 15 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) during the contest. Four Kalev/Cramo players scored in double figures. Kalev/Cramo's coach Alar Varrak felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side point guard Rait-Riivo Laane (179-93) responded with 15 points and Slovenian center Ziga Fifolt (211-93) scored 7 points and 10 rebounds. Defending champion maintains second position with 29-3 record behind leader TU/Rock. Rapla at the other side keeps the seventh place with 22 games lost.
