FC Porto grabbed 2-0 lead over Benfica B. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Benfica B won third quarter 22-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. International Miguel Queiroz (202-91) had a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Joao Torrie (200-91) chipped in 9 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Swingman Carlos Ferreirinho (201-91, agency: Dynamics Global Management) responded with 20 points and guard Sergio Silva (193-81) scored 12 points. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
