Illibaum fired past Ginasio to punch the Finals tickets. Illiabum dominated on the defensive end, holding Ginasio to just 7 points in fourth quarter. They also forced 21 Ginasio turnovers and outrebounded them 41-24 including a 28-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Illiabum players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Ginasio's players. The former international guard Joao Figueiredo (183-79) notched a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 assists to lead the effort and forward Joao Fernandes (198-94) supported him with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Five Illiabum players scored in double figures. Coach Pedro Nuno's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play all 12 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 26 points and 10 rebounds by international center Marco Goncalves (206-84) did not help to save the game for Ginasio. Forward Filipe Pinheiro (190-90) added 23 points and 6 rebounds for the guests.
