There was a minor upset when 6th ranked Lottomatica Roma (15-13) was defeated at home by ninth ranked Tuscany Pistoia (13-15) 87-75 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Tuscany Pistoia. Lottomatica Roma was better in fourth quarter 30-25. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tuscany Pistoia made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. The game was dominated by American players. Guard Brad Wanamaker (193-89, college: Pittsburgh) fired 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners.
