Second Stage Round 10: Stelmet ZG - Rosa Radom 101-82

There was no surprise in Zielona Gora where 5th ranked Rosa Radom (16-16) was crushed by second ranked Stelmet ZG (25-7) 101-82. The game without a history. Stelmet ZG led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Rosa Radom's 34. They outrebounded Rosa Radom 31-20 including 21 on the defensive glass. Stelmet ZG players were unselfish on offense dishing 34 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Rosa Radom's players. Montenegrin power forward Vladimir Dragicevic (206-86) notched 20 points and 7 rebounds (perfect from the field making all nine shots !!!) to lead the effort and the former international Kamil Chanas (190-85) supported him with 12 points and 5 assists. Four Stelmet ZG players scored in double figures. Even 21 points by the former international Robert Witka (205-81) did not help to save the game for Rosa Radom. The former international Lukasz Majewski (198-82) added 16 points for lost side. Both coaches used bench players saving starting five for next games. Stelmet ZG have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion keeps a position of Places 1-6 leader, which they share with PGE Turow. Rosa Radom lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the fourth place with 16 games lost.
