Rather predictable result when fourth ranked Le Portel (25-18) beat at home 7th ranked Aix-Maurienne (23-20) 83-70. The hosts were ahead by 11 points but lost the second period ending it with a 2-point deficit before their 24-9 run, which allowed them to win the game.
