The game without a history. Azovmash led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Azovmash outrebounded BC Donetsk 49-22 including a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by BC Donetsk's players. The former international point guard Denys Lukashov (190-89, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners and international forward Kyryl Natyazhko (207-90, college: Arizona, agency: Beo Basket) chipped in 18 points and 14 rebounds. Four Azovmash players scored in double figures. At the losing side the former international point guard Pavlo Burenko (184-90) responded with 16 points and 5 assists and international power forward Maxym Korniyenko (204-87, agency: Beo Basket) scored 8 points and 7 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
