Regular Season Round 30: Pau-Lacq-Orthez - Dijon 73-58

We should mention about the upset which took place in Pau, where higher ranked JDA Dijon (18-12) lost to eleventh ranked Pau-Lacq-Orthez (15-15) in a road game 58-73 on Monday. The game was mostly controlled by Pau-Lacq-Orthez. JDA Dijon managed to win fourth quarter 26-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Forward Jean-Frederic Morency (199-89) scored 20 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and David Denave (195-85) chipped in 14 points and 5 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was American swingman Mykal Riley (198-85, college: Alabama) with 16 points and 6 rebounds and his fellow American import Andre Harris (201-85, college: Fair Dickinson) scored 14 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Newly promoted Pau-Lacq-Orthez maintains eleventh position with 15-15 record. Loser JDA Dijon keeps the fourth place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Nancy and Paris-Levallois.
