Finals Game 4: Targoviste - ICIM Arad 70-62

Targoviste edged visiting ICIM Arad and conquered the Liga Nationala trophy. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 22-11. But ICIM Arad won third quarter 19-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. CSM Targoviste made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American-FYR Macedonian Chrissy Givens (180-85, college: Middle Tenn.St.) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 8 rebounds and American guard Porchia Green (180-87, college: Ball St.) who added 14 points during the contest. Four CSM Targoviste players scored in double figures. At the losing side American power forward Monique Coker (188-82, college: ODU, agency: Regeneracom Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds and her fellow American import forward Laura Broomfield (185-90, college: N.Carolina) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds.
