Finals Game 3: BC Donetsk - Azovmash 53-75

Azovmash overcame BC Donetsk on the road to sweep the consolation final series. The game without a history. Azovmash led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 42 of its points in the paint compared to BC Donetsk's 16. It was a great evening for the former international center Igor Zaytsev (210-89) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. International forward Kyryl Natyazhko (207-90, college: Arizona, agency: Beo Basket) helped adding 16 points and 7 rebounds. Four Azovmash players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was international power forward Maxym Korniyenko (204-87, agency: Beo Basket) with 12 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Igor Boyarkin (185-95) scored 12 points and 4 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
