Telekom Bsk claimed a vital victory over EWE Baskets to force the decisive fifth game in the quarterfinal series. The hosts were tied at the half and again at the end of regular time. But they managed to win overtime period 9-8. Telekom Baskets dominated on the defensive end, holding EWE Baskets to just 5 points in third quarter.
