Finals Game 4: Zalgiris - Neptunas 88-72

Zalgiris defeated Neptunas in Kaunas and grabbed 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven Finals series. The game was mostly controlled by Zalgiris. Neptunas managed to win fourth quarter 19-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Zalgiris looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international Paulius Jankunas (203-84, agency: Alti Sport) who helped to win the game recording 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. International Martynas Pocius (196-86, college: Duke, agency: Interperformances) contributed with 14 points for the winners. Four Zalgiris players scored in double figures. Guard Martynas Mazeika (193-85, agency: Interperformances) replied with 17 points and American point guard Tyrone Brazelton (183-86, college: W.Kentucky, agency: Higher Vision Sports) added 12 points in the effort for Neptunas. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
