Finals Game 6: Zalgiris - Neptunas 90-70

Zalgiris defended their LKL title. They overcame Neptunas in the sixth game of the Final to win the series 4-2. The victory marked the fourth straight title for the Kaunas powerhouse. The game without a history. Zalgiris led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was a good game for American point guard Justin Dentmon (183-85, college: Washington) who led his team to a victory with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. The former international center Robertas Javtokas (210-80, college: Arizona) contributed with 15 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Zalgiris' coach Gintaras Krapikas used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Martynas Mazeika (193-85, agency: Interperformances) replied with 22 points and center Vytautas Sarakauskas (205-82) added 10 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Neptunas. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
