Galatasaray bounced back from two starting losses in the championship series and defeated Fenerbahce at home court to cut the deficit. Fenerbahce Ulker was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. 26 personal fouls committed by Fenerbahce Ulker helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for Serbian Zoran Erceg (210-85) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points and 8 rebounds. The former international swingman Cenk Akyol (198-87) helped adding 12 points. The best for the losing side was Serbian Nemanja Bjelica (209-88, agency: Interperformances) with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds and international swingman Melih Mahmutoglu (193-90) scored 14 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
