ALBA evened the title series versus Bayern Muenchen. ALBA celebrated victory in Berlin today. The hosts led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The best player for the winners was American swingman Reggie Redding (196-88, college: Villanova) who scored 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international Jan-Hendrik Jagla (212-81, college: Penn St.) chipped in 14 points and 5 rebounds. Four ALBA Berlin players scored in double figures. American guard Malcolm Delaney (191-89, college: Virginia Tech) produced 24 points (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!) and his fellow American import Bryce Taylor (193-86) added 16 points respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
