Bayern Muenchen claimed the BBL title. They overcame ALBA in Berlin tonight to win the championship series 3-1. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 3-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 75-62. American Bryce Taylor (193-86) fired 16 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. The other American import forward Deon Thompson (203-88, college: N.Carolina) chipped in 18 points. Croatian power forward Leon Radosevic (208-90) produced 21 points and Canadian-Irish power forward Levon Kendall (209-84, college: Pittsburgh) added 8 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
