R.Spirou Monceau used a home court advantage and smashed the opponent from Liege 77-57. It looked good early as Liege took an 3-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then R.Spirou Monceau had a 20-9 second period charge getting the lead and Liege was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 57-77. R.Spirou Monceau dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Liege's 26. R.Spirou Monceau forced 19 Liege turnovers. Italian point guard Elena Bestagno (177-91, agency: Two Points) notched 17 points and 4 assists to lead the effort and center Hatty Nawezhi (186-94) supported her with 7 points and 11 rebounds.
