Another exciting game was played in Athens between PAOK and Olympiakos where PAOK (1-0) beat Olympiakos (0-1) on the road 65-52. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Stavroula Spanidou (179-84) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 8 rebounds. American forward Breanna Brock (187-90, college: Missouri, agency: Gamble Sports Management) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 15 rebounds for the winners. Four PAOK players scored in double figures. PAOK's coach Evripidis Meletiadis allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The former international forward Niki Zerva (184-79) answered with 19 points and 8 rebounds and guard Rafaela Soultani (171-91) added 15 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Olympiakos. PAOK will play against Anagenisi in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Olympiakos will play against AE Ellinikou to get more than just one victory in their record.
