Very important is a road loss of Inter Bratislava (1-1) against Prievidza (1-1) on Wednesday night. Visiting Inter Bratislava was defeated by Prievidza in a tough game in Prievidza 65-70. The hosts were already 15 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 25-15 Inter Bratislava's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 70-65 at the end of the game. Serbian power forward Milos Miljkovic (205-84) notched 13 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and Croatian swingman Marko Batina (198-86) supported him with 17 points and 5 rebounds. Four Prievidza players scored in double figures. Even 24 points and 6 rebounds by the former international power forward Peter Sedmak (207-85, agency: 011 Sports) did not help to save the game for Inter Bratislava. American forward Jordan Dykstra (203-91, college: S.Dakota St.) added 9 points and 7 rebounds for the guests. Prievidza will play against Iskra Svit on the road in the next round. Inter Bratislava will play against SKP Banska Bystrica to get more than just one victory in their record.
