The game between Top Four teams took place in Tokyo. host Hitachi Sunrockers (1-0) defeated Chiba Jets (0-1) 75-70. The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 39-31 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Hitachi Sunrockers will face again Chiba Jets at home in the next round.
