The most surprising game was a loss of Napoli (1-1) at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by Cagliari CUS (1-1) 63-55. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 20-10. But Napoli won second period 16-8. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Cagliari CUS won last quarter 18-12. They made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Cagliari CUS is looking forward to face La Spezia at home in the next round. Napoli will play against San Martino in San Martino di L and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
