Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Niigata Albirex (3-1) outscored at home bottom-ranked Saitama Broncos (0-4) 72-44 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 72-44. Niigata Albirex outrebounded Saitama Broncos 40-29 including 29 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Americans were the main players on the court also this time.
