There was no surprise result when TU/Rock (1-2) beat TTU (1-2) in Tartu 86-77. The hosts were already 11 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 19-17 TTU's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 86-77 at the end of the game. TU/Rock dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to TTU's 24. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The former international guard Tanel Kurbas (197-88) scored 27 points to lead the charge for the winners and the former international Janar Talts (205-83) chipped in 12 points and 11 rebounds during the contest.
