Very important is a road loss of third ranked Las Animas (3-2) against fourth ranked Osorno (4-1) on Saturday night. Visiting Las Animas were defeated by Osorno in Osorno 90-79. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Las Animas. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Osorno made 35-of-45 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game, while Las Animas only scored sixteen points from the stripe. Las Animas were plagued by 34 personal fouls down the stretch.
