The game in Sundsvall was also quite interesting. Fourth ranked LF Basket (4-1) played at the court of 6th ranked Sundsvall Dragons (2-3). LF Basket managed to secure a 9-point victory 94-85 on Tuesday. The guests trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 46-35 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. LF Basket dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Sundsvall Dragons' 34. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Alex Wesby (198-80, college: Temple, agency: R.H.Consultancy) who led the winners and scored 23 points and 6 rebounds. Bahamas forward Jaraun Burrows (203-85, college: IPFW) accounted for 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Icelandic forward Hlynur Baeringsson (200-82) came up with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists and American swingman Akeem Wright (200-84, college: Kansas St.) added 29 points respectively for Sundsvall Dragons in the defeat. Five LF Basket and four Sundsvall Dragons players scored in double figures. LF Basket maintains fourth place with 4-1 record. Loser Sundsvall Dragons keep the sixth position with three games lost. They share it with Eco Orebro. LF Basket will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Sundsvall Dragons will play against Norrkoping Dolphins and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
