Undefeated Kyoto Hannar. (7-1) recorded its first loss at the home court. Hosts were defeated by first ranked Okinawa GK (6-2) 66-56. Kyoto Hannar. was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. It was an exceptional evening for guard Narito Namizato (172-89) who led the winners and scored 16 points and 6 assists.
