The game in Las Palmas supposed to be also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Perfumerias Avenida (4-1) played at the court of 5th ranked Gran Canaria (2-3). Perfumerias Avenida smashed Gran Canaria 82-56 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Perfumerias Avenida. Gran Canaria was better in fourth quarter 21-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Perfumerias Avenida forced 25 Gran Canaria turnovers. Loser Gran Canaria dropped to the eighth position with three games lost. Perfumerias Avenida will face Socinsa Bembibre (#6) at home in the next round. Gran Canaria will play against the league's second-placed Conquero in Huelva and hope to win that game.
