Regular Season Round 10: Boras - LF Basket 92-70

Basketligan top team - Boras Basket (7-2) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked LF Basket (4-3) 92-70. The game was mostly controlled by Boras Basket. LF Basket was better in fourth quarter 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Boras Basket players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Danish guard Adama Darboe (190-86) scored 17 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American Christopher McKnight (201-87, college: Akron) chipped in 20 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Boras Basket's coach Pat Ryan felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Bahamas forward Jaraun Burrows (203-85, college: IPFW) responded with 27 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field) and the former international swingman Christopher Ryan (196-90) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Boras Basket and four LF Basket players scored in double figures. Boras Basket maintains first position with 7-2 record. LF Basket at the other side keeps the fifth place with three games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
