The game in Keflavik supposed to be also worth to mention about. Top-ranked KR (4-0) played at the court of 6th ranked Keflavik (2-2). KR smashed Keflavik 90-67. The game was mostly controlled by KR. Keflavik was better in fourth quarter 23-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American forward Michael Craion (195-89, college: ORU) fired a double-double by scoring 27 points and 16 rebounds for the winners. The former international guard Pavel Ermolinskij (202-87) chipped in 11 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Four KR players scored in double figures. American swingman William Graves (198-88, college: N.Carolina) produced 23 points and 7 rebounds and naturalized American forward Damon Johnson (196-74, college: Tennessee) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. KR have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Haukar. Keflavik at the other side dropped to the fourth place with two games lost. KR's next round opponent will be Grindavik at home and are hoping to win another game. Keflavik will play against Njardvik in Njardvik and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
