No shocking result in a game when Cortegada (2-0) defeated on the road Universidad de Valladolid (0-2) 68-52 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Cortegada. Universidad de Valladolid was better in fourth quarter 27-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Cortegada dominated on the defensive end, holding Universidad de Valladolid to just 6 points in third quarter. They outrebounded Universidad de Valladolid 38-22 including a 29-18 advantage in defensive rebounds.
