There was a surprise result in Trapani where eleventh ranked Trieste (3-3) beat higher ranked Lighthouse TR (3-3) 83-73. The game was mostly controlled by Trieste. Lighthouse TR was better in fourth quarter 32-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Trieste forced 19 Lighthouse TR turnovers. 25 personal fouls committed by Lighthouse TR helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for center Leonardo Marini (205-95) who led his team to a victory with 19 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field).
