We should mention about the upset which took place in Sao Jose, where Minas (0-1) lost to Sao Jose/Vinac (1-0) in a road game 64-71 on Tuesday. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 46-38 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Sao Jose/Vinac forced 20 Minas turnovers.
