There was no surprise when 13th ranked JL Bourg (2-4) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Gravelines-Dunkerque (4-2) 78-71 on Tuesday. The guests trailed by 12 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 7 points. Gravelines-Dunkerque forced 20 JL Bourg turnovers. JL Bourg was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was the former international swingman Pape Sy (200-88) who scored 22 points and 5 rebounds. The former international point guard Andrew Albicy (178-90) chipped in 19 points and 4 assists. Four Gravelines-Dunkerque players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American power forward Devin Booker (203-91, college: Clemson) who recorded 9 points and 7 rebounds and his fellow American import forward Steven Smith (203-83, college: La Salle) added 14 points respectively. JL Bourg's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Gravelines-Dunkerque maintains fourth position with 4-2 record.
