VL Pesaro's fans can celebrate the first win of their team after four consecutive loses. The victory is especially important as they edged much higher ranked Acea (2-3) 89-87. It looked good early as Acea took an 13-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then VL Pesaro took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 2 points. 29 personal fouls committed by Acea helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American guard Anthony Myles (196-92, college: Rider) who scored 27 points and 7 rebounds. Naturalized Argentinian guard Bernardo Musso (193-86) chipped in 15 points. Acea at the other side keeps the tenth position with three games lost.
