Burgos (#11) forced the game against Palma (#10) into an overtime, but lost by five points 88-93. Burgos was ahead by 15 points after three quarters before a 29-14 charge of Palma, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 12-7. Palma shot the lights out from three nailing 14 long-distance shots on high 58.3 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Sergio Llorente (188-90) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 6 assists. Italian guard Pablo Bertone (193-90, college: Florida Atlantic) contributed with 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Palma's coach Angel Cepeda allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Austrian Anton Maresch (191-91, agency: Two Points) answered with 20 points and forward Miguel Feliu (199-85) added 17 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) in the effort for Burgos. Five Palma and four Burgos players scored in double figures. Palma (4-3) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 3 other teams.
