Regular Season Round 8: LKS Lodz - Ksiezak Lowicz 71-59

An interesting game where host LKS Lodz (#8) won against higher ranked Ksiezak Lowicz 71-59 on Sunday evening. The game was mostly controlled by LKS Lodz. Ksiezak Lowicz managed to win third quarter 19-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of Patryk Wal (197-94) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 6 rebounds and Jakub Borowski (193-88) who added 12 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Four LKS Lodz players scored in double figures. point guard Piotr Trepka (182-80) responded with 4 points and 11 assists and power forward Jakub Dryjanski (202-82) scored 8 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. LKS Lodz (2-4) moved-up to sixth place in Group B. Loser Ksiezak Lowicz keeps the fourth position with three games lost. They share it with Wisla Krakow. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
