The guests trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 12-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 101-81. Leiden outrebounded Leeuwarden 42-27 including 29 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists.
