Seventh ranked La Rochelle won an overtime thriller against one of their biggest challengers JA Vichy by one point 75-74 on Saturday night. The hosts trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 18-17 charge, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time and get a 1-point victory in overtime. La Rochelle made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. Strangely JA Vichy outrebounded La Rochelle 43-29 including 29 on the defensive glass.
