Regular Season Round 8: Pays d'Aix - Nice 53-58

The most important game in the last round took place in Les Milles between second ranked Pays d'Aix (5-3) and top-ranked Nice (4-0) on Saturday night. Pays d'Aix was defeated by Nice in a tough game at home 53-58. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Pays d'Aix won third quarter 13-9. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Nice maintains thirteenth position with 4-0 record. Pays d'Aix at the other side keeps the second place with three games lost. They share the position with Dunkerque. Nice are looking forward to face higher ranked CFBB (#12) in Paris in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Pays d'Aix will play against Aulnoye (#10) and is hoping to win this game.
