An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Asker. Second ranked Tromso faced second-best Asker Aliens. Guests from Tromso (6-3) smashed host Asker Aliens (5-2) 94-69. It was a key game for the second position in the league. The game without a history. Tromso led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a good game for American guard Keon Lawrence (187-87, college: Seton Hall) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Arne Ingebrigtsen (197-90, college: Cuesta JC) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Four Tromso players scored in double figures. DR Congolese power forward Djo Yele (203-82) answered with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks and Latvian forward Alvis Eglitis (195-85) added 9 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Asker Aliens. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Tromso maintains second place with 6-3 record. Asker Aliens at the other side dropped to the third position with two games lost. They share it with Baerum Basket. Tromso will play against league's leader Gimle BBK in Bergen in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Asker Aliens will play on the road against Centrum in Oslo and hope to get back on the winning track.
