Regular Season Round 9: Fileni BPA Jesi - CZG Veroli 74-58

Bottom-ranked Fileni BPA Jesi managed to get a second victory, breaking the series of two consecutive loses on Sunday night. This time they won against fifteenth-ranked CZG Veroli 74-58. It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 16-point difference suggests that Fileni BPA Jesi is in a good shape to leave the bottom place. The hosts trailed by 12 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 16 points. Fileni BPA Jesi dominated on the defensive end, holding CZG Veroli to just 7 points in third quarter. CZG Veroli will play against C.de Latte BRE (#4) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
