Very predictable result when fifth ranked Sundsvall Dragons (8-4) won against on the road bottom-ranked KFUM Jamtland (2-11) 95-86. KFUM Jamtland was ahead by 3 points after three quarters before a 28-16 charge of Sundsvall Dragons, which allowed them to win the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Shane Edwards (201-87, college: UALR) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 6 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and Icelandic forward Hlynur Baeringsson (200-82) who added 20 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Five Sundsvall Dragons players scored in double figures. At the losing side Croatian point guard Mario Pesut (184-90) responded with 30 points (on 12-of-14 shooting from the field) and Jesper Eliasson (202-94) scored 11 points. Sundsvall Dragons have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 8-4 record. KFUM Jamtland lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 11 games lost. Sundsvall Dragons will play against league's second-placed Uppsala Basket at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. KFUM Jamtland will play against Solna Vikings (#7) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
