It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Binnenland. Loon Lions dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Binnenland's 26. Loon Lions forced 29 Binnenland turnovers. The former international forward Sharon Beld (186-88) orchestrated the victory by scoring 12 points and 6 rebounds. The former international swingman Kim Hartman (172-86) contributed with 15 points and 4 steals for the winners. Four Loon Lions players scored in double figures. Loon Lions' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
